Important notice: not all community areas are formally supported by the MX Support Team. For this reason the community is divided in two areas:
- formal support
- community with no formal support
Formal support
Formal support means that questions will be answered by the MX Support Team which gathers developers who are actively involved with the development of MX products. This ensures that your questions will be answered by professionals with in-depth knowledge of MX-Frame. The goal of MX Support Team is to offer you the highest level of technical assistance with our products. Formal support is divided into:
- bug reports
- feature requests
Bug Reports
If you encounter a problem using MX products for which there is no explanation or solution provided in the documentation, you have probably found a bug. In this case you can use our Bug Tracking system and report the unexpected behaviour to our MX Support team. Please note that we strongly recommend you to search for possible solutions in user forums first, then look in our bugs database and report a bug only if you could not find the solution yourself.
Feature Requests
Because of virtually endless possibilities to manipulate data, we realize that our products might not contain all the features the user wants. For this reason we created the Feature Request system through which our customers can send us their requests.
Community with no formal support
Our user forums are open to all our members to freely exchange information regarding MX products. For this reason we cannot take responsibility for information published in forums. In other words, MX Support Team constantly monitors forum activities but does not necessarily answer the posts. Thus, formal support is not available for:
User Forums
MX User Forums are free discussion forums where you can exchange information regarding MX products with other users. The MX Support Team does not provide any formal support in any of its forums. Although the MX Support Team moderates MX User Forums and its members may respond to postings, this is NOT to be treated as regular support. Accordingly there is also no guarantee that an answer will be provided.
Articles
MX Article is a community area where MX-Frame users can publish articles about their experience with MX products, exchange code snippets with other users and download application samples. Also MX Development Division participates with its articles which, written by MX architects, will provide other users with deeper insight in MX technology and enable them to extend MX functionalities with their custom features.
