There are few things to consider before reporting a new bug:

  • Check that your configuration is correct (in many cases you can use the provided diagnostic tools).
  • Make sure the behaviour that you have encountered is not described in our product documentation
  • Search user forums for possible solutions
  • Search our bugs database to avoid unnecessary bugs duplication (use content-sensitive search option below). It is quite possible that your bug has already been reported and fixed.

Congratulations! If none of the above solutions work, you have probably just found a new bug.

Reporting Bugs

Please describe your problem as accurately as possible to save precious time. If we can't reproduce a bug we probably can't fix it. Also be sure to specify the correct product version.
